
Delayed-release tablets are indicated for prophylaxis of Fungal infections (invasive Aspergillus and Candida infections) in patients who are at high risk of developing these infections due to low immunity or being severely immunocompromised (eg, hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients with GVHD, hematologic malignancies with prolonged neutropenia from chemotherapy). Its usual dose is 300 mg PO BID on Day 1, then 300 mg PO qDay or as advised by your Physician. It can be taken with or without food.

Its usual dose is 300 mg twice a day for one day followed by 300 mg once a day or as directed by your physician. It can be taken with or without food. Swallow the posaconazole delayed-release tablets whole; do not split, chew, or crush them.
